1. About the service
Douwab Tech Publisher ("the App") is a private publishing tool operated by Abdelmounaim Belghalem ("we", "us"). It lets the owner of the Douwab Tech TikTok account upload and publish their own videos to TikTok and read basic statistics about that account. The App is not offered to the general public.
2. Who can use it
Only the account owner, authorised by us, may sign in to the App with TikTok. By connecting a TikTok account, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to act on its behalf, and that you accept these terms and the TikTok Terms of Service.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and captions you publish through the App. You are solely responsible for that content and must make sure it follows TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law, including copyright. The App only sends content to TikTok when you ask it to.
4. TikTok connection
The App uses TikTok Login Kit, the Content Posting API and the Display API. Access is limited to the permissions you approve on TikTok's consent screen. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok settings (Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions).
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to post spam, to publish content you do not have rights to, to access accounts you do not own, or to break TikTok's rules or any law.
6. Availability and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed posts.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
